Applying the reward Points Credit to an Already Completed Order

Unfortunately once the order is placed we can not go in and add a Rewards Points credit to the order (or reduce the order to accommodate a discount or price adjustment). If, you have placed an order you will need to wait until that order ships and then you can go ahead and transfer your points so that the reward points from the latest order can be combined with your existing points and give you a greater store credit once converted.
